OUR WORK PROCESS

How does it work?

1 STAFF SELECTION

Search for staff according to working specialities, interviewing, testing, training (if necessary), completion of documents at the embassy (visa / residence permit with the right to work), completion of other documents (A1, additional visas, certificates, etc.)

2 PROCESSING A CUSTOMER REQUEST

In-depth study of customer’s request, requirements, terms and conditions. Selection of specialists according to the specified requirements, preparation of a package of all documents necessary for the customer, approval of candidates and date of commencement of the works.

3 PREPARATORY ACTIONS

Planning the date of staff dispatch, search for housing, booking tickets, providing own transport to the site of project (if necessary), overalls, manual tools (if necessary). Registration for occupational safety and health courses.

4 MOVEMENTS OF STAFF and COMMENCEMENT OF WORKS

Organization and control of all movements of our specialists: arrival to the project / from the project, delivery to the embassy for obtaining / extension of residence permit, attending courses.

Within the agreed time our specialists will arrive at the site to be tested / to start works, we provide full support of each employee throughout the project.
